FOUNDER AND CEO, SURE ON
SAFETY
For twenty years, my job was keeping buildings safe. Then I had to evacuate my own family from the eighteenth floor of one. That experience taught me what no regulation ever could.
When the stairwells fill with smoke, most residents have nothing to help them get out. Those who cannot manage the stairs (older neighbours, people with limited mobility, parents carrying young children) have even less. What exists for individuals today is ineffective, exclusive or expensive.
Safety should never depend on someone else arriving in time. It means being self-sufficient and prepared. Sure On Safety exists to make every home ready.
SOS PEEK (Personal Emergency Evacuation Kit) puts certified escape equipment within reach of every resident, and SOS PACE (Personal Assisted Chair for Evacuation) is there so no one is left on the landing.

A room fire can reach flashover in 3 to 5 minutes. Your drill starts at the first alarm.
Know your building's fire strategy, your stair route, and which neighbours will need help.
Treat the intermittent alert as your cue. Hood on at first smoke, essentials in hand, calmly move out.
No surprise. Your plan was always the stairs.
Close every door behind you. Keep low where there is smoke. Keep moving.
Calm, together, down the stairs. Hands on the rail, eyes on the route.
Residents who cannot manage the stairs are already known, and help reaches them first.
Call 999 (UK) or 997 (UAE). Tell the fire service who may still be inside. Stay out.
